Turkey Chili

1 lb of Ground Turkey or Chicken1 Medium Green Pepper1 Medium Onion1 Celery Stalk1 Carrot2 tbs evoo4 Cloves of garlic1 tbs of Agave Nectar (dark preferred)2 tbs of Chili Powder1 tbs Oregano2 tsp of Cumin2 tsp of garlic powder2 tsp of cayenne pepper1tsp of cinnamon1/2 tsp of nutmegJalapeno pepper (if you want)Salt and pepper to tasteCan of black beans (15.5 oz)Can of cannelloni beans (15.5 oz)Can of red kidney beans (15.5 oz)
Heat pot to medium high. Add the EVOO and the meat and saute. Add the oregano, salt and pepper.
Add the celery, pepper, onions, carrot. Saute until tender, then add the gatlic and saute for another 2 minutes. Lower the heat to low.
Add the broth and stir the contents for a minute. Then add the tomatoes (both). Mix and then add all the spices, agave, and hot peppers to your liking.
Add the black and red beans. In the food processor or blender, macerate the white beans until smooth (makes it thick) and add to the pot.
Cook for 4 hrs (at least). Serve with chips, cheddar cheese and avocado to make a complete meal!
