Carrot and almond rice

Ingredients
1 pkg Steamfresh frozen brown rice (10 oz pkg).75 cup shredded carrots.25 cup sliced almonds1 tbsp sesame oilsalt, to taste (calculated with .5 tsp)cinammon, to taste
Directions
microwave rice according to instructions. While rice is cooking, heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Add shredded carrots, cook for about 1 min. Add shredded almonds, cook until rice is ready. Add rice, cook, stirring frequently, until heated throughout, about 2-3 more minutes. (rice should already be hot). Add salt and cinnamon to taste before serving. Would be good with chicken or tofu.
