Ingredients
2 C. fresh green beans, cleaned2 15-oz. cans chickpeas, drained5 Tbsp. lemon juice5 Tbsp. olive oil3 Tbsp. garlic, minced1 Tbsp. basil1 Tbsp. thyme, ground
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. In an oven-to-table platter, combine all ingredients, taking care to ensure the green beans are at the bottom of the platter and the chickpeas are at the top. Place in oven to bake until the chickpeas are golden and crunchy, about 45 minutes.
