Garlic Spread - Sun-dried Tomato/Jalapeno

5 cloves garlic1/4 c. lemon juicesalt1 egg white1 c. sunflower oil (or grape seed oil or safflower oil)1/3 c. sun-dried toatoes1 jalapeno pepperice water (or use liquid from canned jalapenos)
1.In a blender, place garlic, salt and 1 T. lemon juice
2. blend on medium speed, scrape sides
3. add egg white, blend on medium
4. Slowly add 1/2 c. oil in a thin stream
5. (if splits, remove half of mixture & add an estra egg white)
6. blend slowly, adding rest of lemon juice
7. continue blending add rest of oil in thin stream
8. add 1-2 T. ice water
9. add 1/3 c. sun-dried tomatoes and jalepeno
10. enjoy (store in refrigerator)
