Crisp Slaw

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Cabbage1 Green Bell Pepper1 Red Bell Pepper Small Onion1/2 C Tarragon Vinegar (Any type of Vinegar would work)1/2 C Sugar1/2 C Water1/2 tsp Mustard Seed1/4 tsp Celery SeedDash Salt
Directions
Chop first 4 ingredients (Cabbage, Green pepper, Red Pepper and Onion) Set aside. Bring remaining ingredients (Vinegar, sugar, water, mustard seed, celery seed and dash of salt) to a boil. Then pour over cabbage mixture.
