Unstuffed Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef Round1 med Green Bell Pepper, chopped1 med Red Bell Pepper, chopped1 14.5 oz can's of peeled, petite diced tomatoes2 cups Minute Rice1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic salt1 tsp Crazy Jane Mixed Up Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook rice and set aside. Brown ground beef and drain any fat. Add peppers and seasonings, cook 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheese. Mix well and put in 13 X 9 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
