Fresh cucumber and onion salad

Ingredients
Fresh cucumbers peeled and sliced thin1 large vidalia or sweet onion sliced into ringsApple Cider VinegarWaterSplenda
Directions
No cooking required. Just peel and slice onion and cucumbers, put into container that will hold 4 cups of liquid and the veggies. Mix vinegar, water and sugar well and pour over veggies. Chill at least an hour and serve. Keeps for long periods of time.
