1 cup plain yogurt (I recommend whole milk plain organic yogurt -- satisfying and tasty, with no added sugar)1/6 cup granola (make your own or use KIND Healthy Grains Oats and Honey Clusters, with amaranth, quinoa, oats, millet, and buckwheat)1 to 1.5 cups sliced fruit, berries (strawberries, blueberries and peaches are great, and plain frozen berries add a nice twist too!)Dusting of coconut flakes, unsweetened
