Barb's Homemade Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1 medium head of organic broccoli6 cloves of roasted garlic2 Cups of low sodium chicken stock 1/4 Cup of organic half and half2 tablespoons of Kerrygold grass fed butterSalt to taste
Directions
Cook broccoli until fork tender. Roast garlic. Heat chicken stock. Use a high speed blender or food processor to pure small amounts of broccoli with chicken stock. Continue adding broccoli and chicken stock until smooth. Add butter and half and half at the end. Reheat to serve.
