Ingredients
olive oil12 breadless chicken nuggets (living right) cut into stripsshredded zucchinispinachsliced peppersdehydrated garlicsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
add all ingredients except egg whites to a nonstick skillet and saute for 3 minutes on medium heat until veggies are starting to soften.
add egg white over top and allow to saute for 5 min more, then flip carefully, and allow to cook for another 5 minutes, or until egg white is cooked.
