Ingredients
baking sodalight sour creamsugar substitue vanilla extractwhole grain flourmilled flax seedmashed bananasfresh blueberriesbutteregg (large)
Directions
Mix sour cream and baking soda in small bowl and set aside. Soften butter, add sugar, mashed bananas, flax seed, and egg. Mix well. Add blueberries and vanilla, mix. Add flour and stir until well mixed. Fill muffin spaces of pan to 2/3 full. Place in oven and bake 18 min or until golden.
