Grain-Free Chocolate "Cookies"

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder- 1/3 cup egg whites (~3)- 1/4 cup honey- 1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Chop the chocolate and whisk all ingredients together (yes there will be small chocolate chunks).

On a parchment or silicone cookie sheet, proportion out 12 cookies (a spoon or pastry bag might be helpful). Keep enough room around them; they do spread out.

Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes, until cookies are set and tops are glossy. Be careful not to over bake; they will get bitter.

Allow to cool to a warm temperature before eating
