Cooked Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, dicedCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced Olive Oil, 1 tbsp green onion, .50 cup Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp 1/2 cup Egg White (Egg Beaters)*Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp2 tbsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1 half boneless Chicken Breast
heat wok (or skillet) add oil and chili garlic sauce
cook chicken and carrot
add egg white and scramble
turn heat down med
add cooked rice
add soy sauce splenda and garlic powder
then add celery and green onion
turn off heat immediately and serve!
