Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Red Win Vinegar1/3 Cup Olive Oil1/3 Cup Red Cooking Wine1 Onion thinly sliced2 TSP sugar (white or brown)2 Cloves Garlic1 Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced1 Yellow Bell Pepper thinly sliced1 lb mushrooms small or quarter large ones1 Can Artichoke Hearts in water (or frozen)
Directions
In a medium saucepan, mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, onion, brown sugar and garlic. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Stir in mushrooms. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peppers and simmer for 5 minutes Transfer to sterile containers and chill in the refrigerator until serving
