Banana Split Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 mashed bananas1 cup skim milk1 cup quick oats1/2 cup all-purpose flour2 tsp baking powderdash of salt1 Tbls brown sugar1 egg
Directions
in small bowl combine flour, oats, baking powder and salt. In a medium bowl combine mashed bananas, milk, egg, and sugar. Mix dry with wet until moistened. pour by 1/4 cup onto to preheated griddle. Cook until brown on both sides. Makes 8 Pancakes, 2 per serving. Top with fresh banana, fresh strawberries or preserves and 1 Tbls of chocolate syrup
