Mom's Hamburger Pie

Ingredients
one can of Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1/2 cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese, 1 lb of lean hamburger browned and drained, 6 servings of instant mashed potatoes prepared
Directions
In a square casserole (9x9) dish mix 2/3 of the can of cream of mushroom soup with the ground beef and smooth into the bottom of the dish. Layer the mashed potatoes on top of the ground beef. Spread the remaining of the cream of mushroom soup on top of the mashed potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Makes 9 servings--3 in. pieces.
