Eggs, avocado and salsa

Ingredients
4 eggs (2 whites only, 2 whole)1/4 cup slivered or sliced almonds4 Tbsp salsa1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Beat egg whites and whole eggs together in bowl. Pour eggs into pan. Cook for 1 minute then lower heat to medium-low and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Place cooked eggs onto plate then top with almonds, sliced avodaco and salsa.
