Tuna Patties

2 (6 ounce) cans light low sodium tuna, drained 1/4 cup quick oats, blended 2 egg whites 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely chopped celery1 clove garlic, minced1 Tsp lemon juiceCooking spray for frying a Blender
Separate tuna with a fork and set aside.
Blend quick oats and set aside.
Blend egg whites until fluffy. Stir blended quick oats and pepper into egg white mixture. Add tuna, onion, celery, garlic and lemon juice, mix well.
Heat frying pan to medium-high using cooking spray. Press mixture together to form four patties. Cook patties until golden brown on both sides.
Makes approximately 4 Patties.
