Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef cooked1 can yellow corn drained1 can Rotel chunky diced tomato & green chilies1 pack of Taco Seasoning3/4 cup water3/4 cup brown ricePreheat oven 350Mix all ingredients together except for the rice.Spray casserole dish with Olive Oil. Now sprinkle in rice add beef mixture on top of rice. Bake for 25 minutes
