Kathy's Vegetarian Taco Salad

90g chopped onions (about 3/4 cup)100g Diced Tomatores (1 small tamatoe)455g Red kidney beans (1 can) 36g McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix (1 packet)168g 2% Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese (abt 1 1/2cups)600g Shredded Lettuce ( 1 small-med head)
Mix Shredded lettuce, Onions, and tomatoes together, set aside. Drain Red kidney beans and pour into small bowl, add taco seasoning mix and mix together. Add the red kidney beans mixture to the Veggies previously set aside. mix well. Lastly add the cheese and mix.
