Watermelon, Tomato, Feta Salad

Ingredients
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil2 Tbsp chopped mixed herbs1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice½ tsp salt or salt alternative4 tomatoes (approximately size of fist)2 cups (1-inch) cubed watermelon [or 1 cup red and 1 cup (1-inch) yellow water melon]¼ cup finely sliced red onion½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients (oil, herbs, lemon juice, and salt) in a large bowl.
2. Add tomato, watermelon, and onion; toss in dressing that was mixed, coat. Sprinkle with feta cheese; toss gently.
