Ingredients
*Green Gram lentil cooked( whole moong Dal), 200 gram *Moong dal green, raw ), 200 gram(s) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 plum tomato Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp *Asafoetida / Hing, 0.5 tsp Jalapeno Peppers, 4 pepper Olive Oil, 1 1tsp *Cumin seed, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Pressure cook moong with enough water. (one or two whistles). In a pan heat oil, add jeera, hing, turmeric, slit green chillis, chopped tomatoes and cook. Add cooked moong salt and water to make a thick soup.
