Chicken and Sour Cream Enchiladas

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped1.25 cups reduced fat sour cream1.50 cups shredded colby monterey jack cheese1 cup salsa2 tablespoons chopped cilantro1 teaspoon ground cumin10 flour tortillas (6 inch)1 cup shredded lettuce1 tomato chopped
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chicken, 1 cup each sour cream and cheese, .25 cups salsa, cilantro, and cumin. Spoon about .25 cups of chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place seam sides down in 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with remaining salsa. Cover. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes or until melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and remaining sour cream.
