Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)*Fish Sauce, 1.2 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)Serrano Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
combine all ingredients - in salad dressing bottle, or with an emulsion blender.
