Tomato-Cucmber Salad

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Balsmic Vinegar1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning1/4 tsp. Sugar1/4 tsp. Salt1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper2 Large Tomatoes, thinly sliced1 Large Cucumber, peeled and sliced4 Scallions, chopped
Directions
In a small jar with a tight fitting lid or in a small bowl with a lid, combine the vinegar, and all the seasonings. Cover and shake or whisk until blended well.

On a medium platter, arrange the tomatoes and cucumbers in a spiral, alternating the vegetables. Sprinkle with the scallions and drizzle with the dressing.

Serve.
