Eggs on spinach

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspSpinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)Egg, fresh, 3 largeOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Spices:Chili powder, 2 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Curry powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp
Directions
Pour oil into a skillet. Saute chopped onions. Add spinach and saute until almost cooked. Add spices and salt. Beat eggs in a bowl and pour over spinach. Cover and turn the heat to low. Done when the egg layer is cooked.
