Mom's Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients
2 C milk1.5 C flour4 eggs2 tsp sugar2 Tbs melted butter2 Tbs canola oll
Directions
put eggs and milk in blender, add dry ingredients and butter/oil.

grease frying pan or electric skillet. (Rememberr to add the butter to your calorie count) Pour in a generous 1/3 C of batter and tilt pan to spread to the side of the pan. Cook until top is firm and starts to bubble. Flip.
