Taco Soup

Ingredients
In a big skillet saute2lb. ground turkey or lean ground beef (90% fat free) until browned & crumbled 2 big onions chopped & sauteed until they become translucent1 big green bell pepper chopped & sauteed* I usually saute the meat first and then add the vegetablesTransfer ingredients to the big pot.Add:1 can Rotel Tomatoes- the original3 cans tomato sauce2 cans beans with liquid-pinto or kidney or whatever2 cans beef broth1 can corn with liquid1 package Taco mix1 tablespoon vinegar to relieve pressure in beans
Directions
Simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour.
