Cheddar Chowder

Ingredients
2c water2c potatoes, diced (about 3)1/2c carrots, diced1/2c celery, diced1/2 of an onion, chopped1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2c butter1/2c flour2c milk2c cheddar cheese, shredded1c meat
Directions
combine water, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt, pepper-bring to boil- 10-12 min.

In small suace pan, butter, flour, bubble one min. Add milk slowly to thicken, add cheese and meat. Turn off heat. Combine with vegetables, mix well.
