Pumpkin Sausage Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey Sausage 1/2 c. Onion 1 Clove Garlic 1 T. Italian Seasoning 1 c. Fresh Mushrooms quartered 15 oz. Canned Pumpkin 32 oz. Box Vegetable Broth1 c. Low Fat Soy Milk 1/2 c. Water
Directions
In a blender add Onions, garlic, mushrooms and broth. Blend until mixture is to desired texture.

Pour into crockpot. Add Pumpkin, soy milk

In a skillet cook turkey sausage, add 1/2 cup water half way through cooking process. Add to Crock pot.

Turn crockpot on low and let soup cook 4 hrs. or until ready to eat.
