Whole Wheat Teff Pancakes

Ingredients
1 c. whole wheat flour1 c. teff flour1 T. flax seed meal1/2 t. salt4 t. baking powder1 T. canola oil2 c. Silk light
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to dry mixture and mix thoroughly. Let batter stand for a few minutes while griddle heats up. It will thicken a little. Spoon batter onto hot griddle and flip when edges seem dry.

Serving Size: Makes 12 pancakes.
