red pepper and feta sauce

Ingredients
Ingredients: Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled Olive Oil,2 tbsp Garlic, 3 clove Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Vegetable Broth, 1/2 cup (remove) 16 0z jar, roasted red peppers, In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the chopped peppers and cook until heated through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.Place mixture in a food processor - add stock and all but 2 tablespoons of the feta. Process until combined and smooth.
