Chicken Wraps with Guacamole & Alfalfa

Chicken Breast (Boneless, Skinless) [4 oz]Onions [1/4 inch slice]Spinach [loose, 1/2 cup]Cucumber (peeled) [1/2 of a medium one]Tomato [1/4 inch slice]Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Square Lavash Bread [3 halves]Wholly Guacamole [3tbsp]Alfalfa sprouts [1/2 cup]
Step 1: Bake the chicken till it's cooked through (400 degrees)
Cut chicken into slices
In similar slices, cut your onion, cucumber, and tomato
Step 2: Cut the Lavash Bread in halves
Spread your Guacamole (1tbsp per slice of bread)
Add a little Alfalfa sprouts, then some spinach, tomotato, cucumber, onion, and chicken. Making sure to have enough for each slice of bread.
Fold the bread like the paper around a bouquet, except instead of flowers it's veggies and chicken. :)
Serving Size: Makes 3 wraps
