Leek potato and pepper soup

Ingredients
2 leeks4 medium rooster potatoes3 bell peppers5 cups water
Directions
chop the vegetables into 2cm dice and sauté in the olive oil. Add the water and bring to the boil, simmer for 20 minutes, liquidise and serve. This is very plain and can be seasoned with herbs/pepper to taste
