Breakfast Quiche Muffins

Ingredients
8-9 beaten eggs1 diced onion1 cu diced mushrooms2 cups broccoli slaw1 grated zucchini1 cup sharp cheddar cheese1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup cottage cheese1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
mix all items, except oil together. Grease muffin tins with oil and fill 1/2 to 3/4 full of mixture. bake @ 350 for 30 mins or until sides brown.
