Southwest Bean salad

Ingredients
Dressing ingredients:1/2 tsp. grated Orange Peel1/2 cup Orange Juice1/2 cup Canola Oil2 Tbsp. jalapeno jelly3 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice1/4 tsp. Salt 4 Jalapeno Slices, pickledSalad ingredients:15 oz. can pinto beans (S&W 50% less sodium)*15.25 oz. can Red Kidney Beans15 oz. can whole kernel corn, no salt added1 cup cooked brown rice2 stalks Celery, chopped1 carrot, diced1 cup Onions, chopped 1/2 cup Zucchini, diced1/2 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers) chopped 1/2 Tomato (2-3/5" dia)
Directions
Blend together eight dressing ingredients. Set aside. Mix together all the salad ingredients. Add dressing to salad. Refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
