Ingredients
Zucchini, baby,cut into ribbons Carrots, 1 cup cut into ribbons Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Chicken Thigh 1 thigh skin removed Water, tap, 3 cup Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 3 tsp Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp Sage, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
I prepared all the vegetables and the chicken put it in my mini crock put. Then I turned on the crock pot and let it cook all afternoon and had supper. It was delicious.
