Meg's Italian Turkey Meatloaf

1lb Ground turkey2 Eggs1/2 cup Bread Crumbs2 tbs non-fat milk1 Green bell pepper1 Onion2 cloves garlic1 cup marinara sauce
-Soak bread crumbs in milk in large bowl
- Add ground turkey
- Chop bell pepper, onion, and garlic; add to mix
- Add eggs
- Add 1/4 cup of marinara sauce
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Place in lightly oiled loaf pan and top with remaining marinara sauce
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
