Peach Oatmeal Crisp

*Flour, white, .25 cup Granulated Sugar, .2 cup Butter, unsalted, Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- .25 serving *Peaches, fresh, 2 cup slices1 tsp saltlemon juice
1) Cut up peaches and cover with 2 T sugar + lemon juice.
2) Mix flour, butter, oatmeal, remainder of sugar, salt and oats in a bowl with fingers to form crumb topping.
3) Put peaches in a baking dish, cover with crumb topping and bake until peaches are soft and crumb topping is crisped up, about 30-40 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of a little less than a cup each.
