Ingredients
Shell:Coconut Oil, 1/4 cupMaple Syrup 2tbsCocoa powder unsweetened, 1/4 cup plus 1tbsDash of sea saltfilling:All Natural No Sugar Peanut Butter 1/4 cupCocoa powder unsweetened, 1tbsMaple Syrup 2tbsInstant Non Fat Dry Milk Powder 2tbsVanilla Extract 1/4 tspSea Salt, 1/8 tsp
Directions
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl and stir until it makes a chocolate sauce. Melt coconut oil if necessary. Pour a little of the sauce (saving the rest for later) into the bottoms of cupcake liners in a muffin tin, Then freeze 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, blend last 6 ingredients. Take liners out of the freezer and top with peanut butter mixture. Now evenly distribute the rest of the chocolate and re-freeze until solid.
