Ingredients
2 bunches of broccoli2 large onionsabout 8 large stalks of celery including the leavesabout 25 medium baby carrots1 each summer squash and zucchiniabout 5 of the small sweet peppers1/2 head of cauliflower1/2 head of cabbage1 bottle (64 oz) veggie juice
Directions
cut all veggies in to bite size pieces. put them in the crock pot. pour the juice over the veggies and cook on low for about 8-10 hours or about 5 hours on high.
