Alisha's New Orleans Muffalettas

Ingredients
You need a 1 pound loaf of French or sourdough bread, a half-pound of turkey, some mayo and garlic, about 1/3 cup of minced olives of any mixture you like, and a slice of provolone cheese.
Directions
Mince garlic in food processor and puree into mayo. Cut your loaf of bread in half and smear the mayo generously on the inside of both halves. Generously pile on your meat; this should layer in VERY thickly. After rinsing your food processor, put your olives in and mince finely. Spread your olives over your lunch meat, then corral it in with a slice of provolone before topping it off with the top half opf the bread. Skewer the sandwich several times and cut into eight equal wedges. This is a great party meal with some raw veggies.
