1/2 cup raisins - soaked overnight is best1 cup raw almonds, chopped1/3 cup flax seed, ground or whole1/2 cup gluten free raw Oatmeal1/4 cup Steel-Cut Irish Oatmeal1/4 cup organic buckwheat flour1/2 cup unsalted, hulled Sunflower Seeds, 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds1 tsp sea salt1/4 cup grape molasses1/4 cup Organic Blue Agave Syrup1/4 cup organic pure Maple Syrup 1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil Pure1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground
Mix all ingredients well in an 8 cup or larger bowl. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil or use a non-stick pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minute. Stir the mixture every 15 minutes throughout the cooking process. Cool when done. Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Serve with fresh berries and Greek yogurt or use as a topper for homemade ice cream.
