Basic Baked Tofu Wraps

Ingredients
1 tsp Thyme, ground 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 8 tbsp Carrots, cooked 3 cloves Garlic 2 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 4 serving Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilla, 1 tortilla 1 block Tofu, firm 1 cup Bone Broth Chicken 0.25 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
Directions
Cut pressed tofu into 16 slices. Marinate for 60 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

Cook quinoa.

Pre-heat oven, 375.

Spread tofu slices on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, flip tofu pieces and add a bit of marinade to each piece. Turn oven to broil, remove after 3-5 minutes.

Steam broccoli and carrots.

Assemble into the four tortillas with left over marinade.
