6 oz Boneless Country Style Ribs1 tsp each: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder1 cup Water1 tbsp Olive Oil
Recipe is for 2 - 3 oz servings.
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet on medium heat. Mix together spices and rub over ribs. Add to skillet, searing meat on both sides to seal in the juices. When both sides are a nice medium brown add the water, cover and let simmer for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove from water, slice, and serve.
