Cornflake Coating for Chicken or Pork

Ingredients
2 c cornflakes, crushed6 tsp sugar4 servings of seasoned salt which is 1 tsp.1 tbsp paprika
Mix all ingredients together. Coat chicken or pork in a little olive oil. Roll in cornflake coating. Cook on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 400 degrees for about 20 mins.
