Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Capers, canned, 3 tbsp, drained Olive Oil, .25 cup *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp salt and pepper to taste
Directions
par cook cauliflower and plunge in to cold water to stop cooking.
Chop cauliflower into 1/2 inch pieces
Chop celery and onions and add to cauliflower
add capers, olive oil and vinegar.
Mix and serve
