Egg, fresh, 1 extra large Onion powder, 1 tsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Onions, raw, 0.33 cup, chopped Ground beef, extra lean, 17.20 oz Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving Worcestshire Sauce (Lea and Perrins), 2 tsp Celery, raw, .33 cup, diced
Combine chopped vegetables, seasonings, egg, chopped bread and beef in a bowl. Mix with hands until thoroughly combined.
Shape and place on metal baking sheet or in metal baking pan. Bake for one hour at 350º. Divide into four equal portions.
