Hummus (Arabian with Tahin)

Ingredients
350 gramm chickpeas (glas)some of the chickpea water 3 cloves of garlic25 ml lemon juice100 gramm tahin (sesame paste)0.5 tsp salt
Directions
Blend all ingredience and add so much of the chickpea water as needed to make it a smooth paste.
Prepare a few hours in advance and keep cool in fridge.
