Beth's Cabage Soup

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped1 green pepper,chopped1 lb ground beef 1 can black eyed peas (with jalapeno better)Small head cabbage, shredded1 large can tomatoes
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in butter (or use broth to cut fat). Remove from pan. Brown ground beef. (We rinse ground beef when it is done). Add remaining ingredients plus one tomato can of water. Cook until tender.
